inconsistent experience.
long corridor cold room
My room was quite a distance from the main areas. i walked down a long, dark corridor after dinner, it felt a bit isolated. the room itself was cold, the heating was only in the bathroom. i mentioned this to the staff. They were understanding, but it didn't really solve the problem.

My wife and I booked a surprise birthday getaway. The scenery was beautiful and the staff cute. We had a dog friendly room close the main building. It was clean and well equipped with a good sized living area. We also received complimentary gluten free biscuits because my wife is coeliac.
Breakfast was tasty, but I would have liked bigger black pudding portions. Half a slice was not enough.

The room was a Beautiful King Room. The room contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, I noted.
The black pudding portion at breakfast was small. The half slice was a small amount.

I adored the underfloor heating in the bathroom, such a cozy touch. the complimentary toiletries smelled good, it reminded me of wildflowers. i found a helpful map detailing local walking routes, so i could explore the countryside with ease. the hotel staff remembered my name each morning. Such personalized care.
The tv remote was tricky to figure out. It took a few tries to navigate the channels.

The staff were really cute and helpful throughout my visit. My room was a beautiful king room. It offered ample space and included modern amenities. The hotel grounds feature beautiful scenery.
I noticed the beverage prices in the lounge were a little high. Paying nearly £11 for a tea and coffee felt excessive, especially with an added service charge I was not initially informed about.

Excellent Cotswolds escape
super king bed convenient safe delicious breakfast flavourful pork belly
I occupied room with super king bed. The wardrobe held both a fridge and safe. A coffee machine and kettle sat conveniently on the table. Breakfast stood out through the visit. I sampled granola, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. I ate pork belly with sriracha prawns and chinese cabbage. This included a side of fries and provided tingle on the tongue.
The long corridor made the walk back from the restaurant unsettling.
